Class Registration

Please fill out the form below to register for the Little T's next square dance class. You must provide your first name, last name and email address. We would like to know how you found out about taking lessons at our club. If you are not registering a partner uncheck the "I have a partner" box; otherwise see the instructions under "Partner Information". Click the "Submit" button when you are finished.
You should receive an email acknowledging your registration. We will also contact you by email with details when the start of lessons is closer.
